In both iOS and Android versions of BullRush it is possible to make phone calls into Time Items.
Apple does not allow access to Call Logs on its phones. The Call Logs can be exported using the Desktop Client [Software] and can be processed for invoicing using the Call Logs page.
Call Item Processing on Android:
Android devices allow phone call processing and Call Item creation from the BullRush app. Phone calls are automatically recognised by BullRush and are visible in the "Call History" page.
You can get to the Call History page by tapping on the Call History button in the navigation menu.
To process calls into Time Items (Call Items), simply press the "+" button in the top right corner of the page. Some of the phone calls in the list should now have ticks next to them.
On the Time Tracking page you will now be able to see Call Items for the phone calls that were ticked.
Note: Making a phone call while a Time Item is recording will stop that phone call being made into a Call Item until the active Time Item has finished recording. Once the
Just like regular Time Items, you can open a Call Item and modify details like Clients, Notes, Chargeability and also add Expenses.
Once you are happy with the details for the Call Item, press the "tick" Save Button in the top right of the Call Item page.
Phone Call Settings:
On the My Settings page you can determine whether BullRush automatically marks Phone Calls as billable, imports phone calls or only imports calls that are shorter than a set length of time.

Client Contact Phone Numbers:
If the phone number associated with the Call Item matches a Client Contact, then the Call Item is automatically assigned to that Client.
To save a phone number, open the Client Contacts list from the Client page and tap the yellow Add Client Contact button.
