Clients Page - Editing an Existing Client (Admin Account Only)

Only Administrator level BullRush accounts can edit  Client information and settings. Team Member accounts can  view Client details but can not edit.

This article explains how to use the Edit Existing Client Page and the specific functions or settings which can only be performed on this page, as opposed to the Add New Client Page.

 

Edit Existing Client Page:

To review or edit an existing Client go to the  Client List Page on the Clients Menu Button in the Sidebar Navigation Menu.

From the client list, tap the Client name to open the Client Page.

The Edit Client Page includes five sections; Client Information, Client Locations, Client Contacts, Billing Settings and Travel Settings. The Client Information section can not be edited once the Client has been created.

 

Client Information:

The Client Information section can not be adjusted from the Edit Existing Client Page and is displayed for reference only.

 

Client Locations:

The Client Locations Page is where you can assign Locations to a Client. These Locations are utilised by the BullRush GPS Tracking system to automatically create Time Tracking Items based on your physical location.

Each location is saved and stored in your BullRush account database which then creates a GeoFence at that location.

A GeoFence is a zone centered around the address for the Client Location, roughly 100 metres in diameter, which BullRush uses to detect when you are potentially interacting with that Client.

To add a Location to a Client, press the "Client Locations" button on the Edit Existing Client Page to open the Add Client Location Page.

Client Contacts:

The Client Contacts Page is where you can add contact phone numbers for specific individuals from the Client (Company).

You can add a main Phone Number (mobile phone number), Office Number and Home Number.

To open the Client Contacts Page, press the Client Contacts Button on the Edit Existing Client Page.

Billing Settings and Travel Settings Sections:

You can modify Billing and Travel Settings from either the Add New Client Page or Edit Existing Client Page. .

In Billing Settings, you can set the Client’s Rate Per Hour and determine whether you charge the Client for Phone Calls.

In Travel Settings,you can turn on charging for travel as well as set up how the Client is charged (travel distance or time taken.
