Only Administrators can edit Client Billing Settings. Team Member accounts can view Billing information but are unable to adjust the settings.
Clients Page - Billing Settings:
There is a Client Page for every Client saved to BullRush which is accessed by tapping on the name of the Client on the Clients List Page.
The Billing Settings section of the Client Page is located immediately below the Client Contacts Button, roughly halfway down the Client Page.
The Billing Settings section on the Client Page allows you to set a specific Rate Per Hour wtol charge the Client. This setting overrides the general Rate Per Hour set in the Billing Settings section of the My Settings page.
The Billing Settings section on the Client Page also allows you to determine whether you will charge the Client for Phone Calls.

Rate Per Hour:
The Rate Per Hour is the rate you will chargethe specific Client. You only need to set this Rate Per Hour if you wish to charge the Client a different rate to the general Rate Per Hour which you set on the My Settings Page.
This rate is calculated based on the length of each Time Tracking Item for that Client. BullRush invoices are calculated using both hours and minutesto generate an accurate result.
To adjust the rate, simply tap on the Rate Per Hour text field.
Enter the rate and either tap anywhere outside of the keyboard (for iOS) or press the "Done" and "Next" buttons (for Android).
Charge for Phone Calls:
The Charge for Phone Calls Toggle determines whether phone calls made to the specific Client will be billable and processed for invoicing.
Both iOS (Apple) and Android versions of BullRush can process phone calls for invoicing, but only Android devices can process phone calls as Time Tracking Items on BullRush app. iOS users will need to process phone calls using the BullRush desktop application.
When the Charge for Phone Calls Toggle is enabled, all the Call Time Items associated with the particular Client will be processed for invoicing. If there are particular phone calls which you do not want to charge for, these can either be screened by adjusting the Ignore Phone Calls setting on the My Settings Page or by manually editing the specific Call Time Tracking Item on the Time Tracking Page.
To enable or disable the Charge for Phone Calls Toggle, simply tap or swipe the toggle button.
By default the toggle will be OFF (toggle button being positioned to the left and colored white).
Charge for Phone Calls is enabled or ON when the toggle button is positioned to the right and colored purple.
