This article will briefly outline the different information fields and settings that define Time Items.
Client field (on Time Items Page):
The Client field is where you assign Saved Clients to Time Items.
Tapping on the "Select Client" text will bring up the Client List. From the Client List you can perform three different operations:
- Select Saved Client: Find a Client and assign it to the Time Item in the list.. You will be returned to the Time Item Page when you tap on their name.
- Assign the "Personal" Placeholder Client: At the bottom of the Client List there will be a purple button "MARK AS PERSONAL." Pressing this button will assign the "Personal" Identifier to the Time Item instead of a Saved Client. The "Personal" Identifier simply recognises the Time Item as a period of time in which you didn't carry out any business related activity.

- Create a New Client (Admin Account Only): At the top right of the Client List there is a circular, yellow "+" button, this is the Create New Client Button. Tapping this button will take you to the New Client Creation Page.
The New Client Creation Page allows you to save a Client's details such as Name, Email, Phone Number and Location. Once all Client details are correct, press the "tick" button at the top-right of the page to save it and assign it to the Time Item.
Only administrator level BullRush accounts are able to create Clients.

The Start Time field defines the time at which the Time Item starts.
If you are making a "From Now Manual Time Item" you will not be able to define the Start Time.
You can manually set the Start Time in most other circumstances including; Editing an Item, making a Set Start Manual Time Item or making an In The Past Manual Time Item.
The procedure for adjusting the Start Time and End Time fields on a Time Item are explained in detail in the Manual Items and Editing Time Items article in the Time Items Section of the BullRush Help Center.
The End Time field defines the time at which the Time Item finishes.
It is only possible to edit the End Time when creating an "In The Past" Manual Time Item.

The Notes field is where you can enter any additional information regarding the Time Item.. Tapping on the Notes field will bring up the Notes Page and the keyboard. Use the keyboard to input text onto the page and once you are happy with your Notes, press the "tick" button in the top left of the page to save them.
The Chargeable Toggle Button is located directly below the Notes field on the Time Item Page.
If the button is white and positioned to the right, then it is OFF and the Client is not being charged.. If the button is purple and positioned to the right then it is ON and the Client will be charged.
By default, the toggle is set to ON for saved Clients and OFF for any Incomplete Items, Privacy Items, Travel Items, Call Items and Personal Items that have not been assigned a Saved Client.
Tapping or swiping the button will turn it ON or OFF.
The Client is charged depending on the set "Rate Per Hour," which is located in the Billing Settings section of the My Settings Page, or the specific amount which you have set on the Client's profile in the Billing Settings section.

Delete Time Item and Add Expense Buttons:
The "Add Expense" and "Delete Time Item" Buttons are found on the Time Item page
At the top right of the page, the Delete Time Item is represented by a rubbish bin and the Add Expense item is represented by the “$” symbol.
At the bottom of the page, the buttons are simply represented by the "DELETE" and "ADD EXPENSE" text.
The New Expense page has four information fields which you can adjust: Client, Date/Time, Amount and Notes.
