The Mobile Time Tracking Page is where you can review the Time Items that you have recorded that are incomplete.
Mobile Time Tracking Page Features and Functions:
The Mobile Time Tracking Page is comprised of five different features and functions;
- The User Filter (Admin Only)
- The Date Filter
- The Refresh Button
- The Export to CSV Button
- The Time Item List
The User Filter (Admin Only):
The User Filter allows Admin level BullRush Users to filter the Mobile Time Tracking List to display Time Items that have been recorded by a particular User in their BullRush Organisation.
Click on the User Filter to open the User List.
The Date Filter:
The Date Selector allows you to select from a few different date ranges (or define a custom one) that will filter the Time Items in the Mobile Time Tracking List and only display the Time Items that were made within the chosen Date Range.
There are four preset options to choose from; "Today," "Yesterday," "Last 7 Days" and "Last 30 Days."
Clicking on the Custom Range option will open a Calendar Interface, where you will need to select a Start and End Date for your Date Range.
The first date you select will be the Start Date and the second date you select will be the End Date.
The Refresh Button:
The Refresh Button updates the Mobile Time Tracking List with any Time Items that have been created since the page was initially opened or refreshed last. The User and Date Range filters which you have selected will remain in place after you refresh the page.
The Export to CSV Button:
The Export to CSV Button allows you to export a spreadsheet containing the Time Items that are currently displayed in the Mobile Time Tracking List. Clicking this button will either immediately download the file to your downloads folder or bring up a confirmation dialogue box that allows you to choose where the CSV file gets saved.
The Mobile Time Tracking List:
The Mobile Time Tracking List displays all of the Time Items that fit within the criteria of the User and Date filters which you have set.
The column headings at the top of the list can be used to order the Mobile Time Tracking List by clicking on them. The Time Items will be listed in descending or ascending order based on how many times you click the column heading..
Edit a Time Item (Not Currently Available):
Currently it is not possible to edit existing Time Items using the BullRush Desktop Client. If you wish to edit a Time Item, so that it may be processed for invoicing on the Pending Items page, it can be done using the BullRush Mobile Application.
