Can BullRush track my calling activity?

Yes. BullRush generates a Time Tracking item for a phone call to a client by importing your phone’s call log. BullRush records the client contact name, telephone number, length of call, time of call and whether the call was outgoing or incoming but does not make an audio recording of the call.

Importing Call Logs on Android devices:

On an android device, BullRush automatically imports call details into the Call History page. Review call items and select which calls should be imported as a Time Tracking Item and billed to a client. Press the Import Call button on the top right corner of the page to import selected call items. Items will be attributed to a saved client contact.

The Call Items will be accessible the same as an ordinary Time Tracking Item, by simply tapping on the item within the Time Tracking Item list.

The page for each Time Tracking Call Item will also be very similar to that of a regular Time Tracking Item. The Call Item will have already been assigned a Client Contact, but on the Time Tracking Item page you can now also attribute the Call Item to a saved Client (done by selecting a Client from the drop down menu in the "Client" field.)

You can adjust start and end times, add Notes, select if the  call was chargeable add Expenses and  delete the Call Item.

***Need further information about how Call Items and Details are Invoiced?***

Once you are satisfied with the details of the Call Item, it can(will?) be processed for invoicing just like any other Time Tracking Item.
