Why am I unable to process phone calls into Time Items on my Apple iPhone?

Currently it is not possible to process phone calls into Time Items or process them for invoicing using BullRush on Apple devices.

Apple do not allow applications to access your Call Logs on their mobile devices, which means that BullRush cannot import them for the purposes of processing them into Time Items.

This functionality is high on our feature road-map and will be available in the future.

 

Processing phone calls into Time Items on Android devices:

Applications are able to access Call Logs on Android devices which allows BullRush to import the contact details, timing and length of phone calls for the purpose of processing them into Time Items.

This is done using the Call History Page. For more information on processing phone calls into Time Items using the Android version of BullRush, please refer to the Call History Page Help Center Section.

 

The Desktop Client Call Logs Page - Where Apple call log conversion will be handled:

The Call Logs Page is where you will be able to convert a Call Log File from your Apple device into Time Items

It is possible to access the Call Logs of your iOS (Apple) device using your computer which allows you to process your phone calls into Time Items using the BullRush Desktop Client.

BullRush plans to provide Users with a Desktop Client feature that will import the Call Logs from your Apple Device for the purposes of converting it into Time Items on the Call Logs Page.

 

Once you have pulled your Call Logs from your Apple Device, you will need to locate the Call Log file using the "Browse" button on the Call Logs Page.

Opening the Call Log file will convert the Call Logs into Time Items, which can then be processed for invoice processing on the Pending Items Page.
