The Pending Items Page is where you can review all the Time Items, Travel Items and Expenses that have been assigned to Clients and prepare them for invoice processing.
Only Admin level BullRush accounts are able to process Time Items, Travel Items and Expenses for invoicing using accounting software.
Pending Items Page Features and Functions:
The Pending Items Page is comprised of eight different features and functions;
- The Client Filter
- The Month Filter
- The Connect to Xero Button
- The Refresh Button
- The Send All and Send Buttons
- The Export to CSV Button
- The Select All and Select Checkboxes
- The Description Field
The Client Filter:
The Client Filter allows you to filter the Pending Items list to display Pending Items that have been assigned to a particular Client.
Click on the Client Filter to open the Client List and then click on the Clients name to filter the Pending Items List.
The Month Filter:
The Month Filter allows you to filter the Pending Items list to only display Pending Items that were created in a particular Month.
Click on the Month Filter to open the Month List. Only Months in which Time Items have been recorded will be available to select.
The Connect to Xero Button:
The Connect to Xero Button allows you to sync your BullRush account to your Xero account.
Syncing Xero to BullRush allows you to process and send Time Items through to your Xero account for the purpose of invoicing them to Clients.
Clicking on the Connect to Xero Button will open the Xero Login Page in a new tab. Logging into Xero will begin a Xero session within BullRush, which will activate the Send and Send All Buttons on the Pending Items Page.
In order to protect your account security BullRush will only remain synced to Xero for 30 minutes. After this period expires your Xero account will be automatically logged out of BullRush which will require you to log back into Xero if you wish to continue processing Pending Items.
If you have not already signed into Xero through BullRush, Client profiles that you have saved to your Xero account will be imported to BullRush so they can be used for Time Tracking. BullRush does not import any financial information and will only import Client Location and Contact Information for the purposes of GPS and Phone Call tracking.

The Send and Send All Buttons are also explained below.
The Refresh Button:
The Refresh Button updates the Pending Items List with any complete Time Items that have been created since the page was initially opened or refreshed last.
The Client and Month Filters which you have selected will remain in place after you refresh the page.
The Send All and Send Buttons:
The "Send" and "Send All" Buttons will send through selected Time Items to your accounting software account for the purposes of invoicing them to Clients.
The Send and Send All Buttons will only become active when BullRush is synced to your accounting software account.
Currently only Xero Accounting Software Accounts can be synced to BullRush, which can be done by clicking on the Connect to Xero Button in the top right corner of the page and logging into your Xero account in the Xero tab that is opened.
The Send All Selected Button is located at the top of the Pending Items list and will send every Time Item that you have selected (using the Select Checkboxes on the left side of the Pending Items List) to your accounting software account for invoice processing. The Send All Button is useful for when you wish to send multiple Time Items from different Clients through to your accounting software.
The Send Button will send all of the Time Items that you have selected for a specific Client through to your accounting software. Each Send Button on the Pending Items List corresponds to the Client whose name it is adjacent to as shown below.
The Export to CSV Button:
The Export to CSV Button allows you to export a spreadsheet containing the Time Items that are currently displayed in the Pending Items list. Clicking this button will either immediately download the file to your downloads folder or bring up a confirmation dialogue box that allows you to choose where the CSV file gets saved.
The Select All and Select Checkboxes:
The Select All and Select Checkboxes are used to choose the Time Items that will be sent through to your accounting software.
Clicking the Select All Checkbox will select every Time Item in the Pending Items List
To send all of the selected Time Items through to your accounting software, click on the Send All Selected Button.
To send all the selected Time Items associated with a specific Client through to your accounting software, click on the Send Button that is adjacent to the Clients name in the Pending Items List.
Clicking on the Select Checkbox next to a specific Time Item will flag that Time Item for sending through to your accounting software.
The Description Field:
The Description Field is an interactive section of the Pending Items List that allows you to add some further context to Time Items, Expenses, Call Items and Travel Items.
Every Time Item, Expense, Call Item and Travel Item has a Description Field which can be edited by clicking on it. This will open the Description dialogue box.
Click on the text field to begin entering a Description.
The Description for a Time Item will be sent through to your accounting software when you process the Time Item for invoicing. These will also display to the Client on an Item-by-Item basis in the Invoice, so they can recognise what each Time Item, Expense, Call Item or Travel Item represents.
