The Dashboard Page provides graphic representations of your Organisations Time Tracking activity.
There are currently three different graphs present on the Dashboard Page:
- The Time Allocation Graph
- The Client Billing Graph
- Work, Travel and Private Time (Mins) Graph
These graphs can be adjusted to display more specific information using the User and Date Filters.
You will need to use the scroll bar or the scroll wheel on your mouse in order to view all three of the graphs.
The User Filter:
The User Filter allows Admin level BullRush Users to filter the Dashboard Page so it only displays graphic representations of the Time Tracking for specific Users in their Organisation.
If you wish to view graphs that display the Time Tracking information for every User in your Organisation, you can click the "All Users" option at the top of the User List.
Click on the User Selector to open it.
The Date Filter:
The Date Selector allows you to select from a few different date ranges (or define a custom one) that will filter the graphs on the Dashboard Page and only display Time Tracking information within the chosen Date Range.
There are four preset options to choose from; "Today," "Yesterday," "Last 7 Days" and "Last 30 Days."
Clicking on the Custom Range option will open a Calendar Interface, where you will need to select a Start and End Date for your Date Range.
The first date you select will be the Start Date and the second date you select will be the End Date.
The Dashboard Graphs:
There are three Dashboard Graphs which represent different interpretations of the Time Tracking that has been recorded by Users of an Organisation.
You will need to scroll the page down in order to view the second and third graphs on the Dashboard Page.
Time Allocation Graph:
The first graph depicts the percentages of each type of Time Tracking that have been recorded within your Organisation. These include:
Click on the hyperlinks above for more information on the relevant type of Time Item.
Hovering over each portion of the graph with your mouse will display the amount of time that has been recorded as that specific type of Time Item.
Client Billing Graph:
The second graph depicts the percentage of Time Tracking that has been completed with each of your Organisations Clients.
Hovering over each portion of the graph with your mouse will display the specific billing total that has been recorded with that Client.
Work, Travel & Private Time (Mins) Graph:
The third graph depicts and compares the Work, Travel and Private Time Tracking information that has been recorded within your Organisation.
The "Work" bar constitutes any Time Items that have been assigned to a Client, whether they were Onsite Meeting Time Items and Manual Time Items.
The "Travel" bar constitutes any Travel Time Items that have also been assigned to a Client. If a Travel Item has not been associated with a Client, it will be marked as Incomplete and it will not be factored into this graph.
The "Private" bar represents all the Time Items that have been recorded and assigned the "Personal" Client placeholder. Personal Time Items represent periods of Time in which the User has not performed any business related activity. These Time Items can be manually created or assigned or generated by the Daily Privacy Window Setting.
