Incomplete Items Page - Overview

The Incomplete Items Page is where you can review the Time Items that you have recorded that are incomplete.

A Time Item is generally Incomplete when it has not been assigned to a Client. These Time Items are created when you travel to a Location that is not associated with a Client and generate a Time Item.


Incomplete Items Page Features and Functions:

The Incomplete Items Page is comprised of four different features and functions;

- The User Filter

- The Date Filter

- The Refresh Button

- The Incomplete Items List


The User Filter (Admin Only):

The User Filter allows Admin level BullRush Users to filter the Incomplete Items list to display Incomplete Items that have been recorded by a particular User in their BullRush Organisation.

Click on the User Filter to open the User List.


The Date Filter:

The Date Selector allows you to select from a few different date ranges (or define a custom one) that will filter the Time Items in the Incomplete Items List and only display the Incomplete Items that were made within the chosen Date Range.

There are four preset options to choose from; "Today," "Yesterday," "Last 7 Days" and "Last 30 Days."

Clicking on the Custom Range option will open a Calendar Interface, where you will need to select a Start and End Date for your Date Range.

The first date you select will be the Start Date and the second date you select will be the End Date.


The Refresh Button:

The Refresh Button updates the Incomplete Items List with any Incomplete Items that have been created since the page was initially opened or refreshed last. The User and Date Range filters which you have selected will remain in place after you refresh the page.


The Incomplete Items List:

The Incomplete Items list displays Incomplete Items that have been created in your BullRush Organisation.

Administrator level BullRush accounts will be able to view all the Incomplete Items that have been generated by every User in their Organisation. The Incomplete Items list can then be filtered using the User and Date filters, which will make the Incomplete Items list display Incomplete Items that meet the criteria of the User and/or Date filters.

All BullRush accounts will be able to view their own Incomplete Items and filter them by Date using the Date Filter.


Edit an Incomplete Item (Not Currently Available):

Currently it is not possible to edit Incomplete Items using the BullRush Desktop Client. If you wish to edit an Incomplete Item so that it may be processed for invoicing on the Pending Items page, this can be done on the BullRush Mobile Application.
